Das Landgericht Aurich hat es mit seinem Urteil vom 23.11.2018 schon vorgemacht und das Landgericht Gießen zieht mit seinem Urteil vom 08.11.2019 nach. Beide Gerichte sprachen den Klägern in ihren Fällen ein Schmerzendgeld in Höhe von 800.000 € zu. Dies stellt ein absolutes Novum dar, da bisher die unausgesprochene magische Grenze für ein Schmerzensgeld bei 500.000 €
